Who our cloud consulting is for
We provide AWS and Azure cloud consulting: we design, migrate and operate cloud and hybrid environments for organisations that need them to stay up and stay affordable. Every migration starts with an inventory and a rollback plan, and ends with monitoring and tested recovery.
- Companies moving servers or applications out of an office or data centre
- Teams running AWS or Azure without a clear architecture, owner or cost baseline
- Businesses on a single VPS that now need backups, monitoring and a recovery plan
- Organisations preparing for an ISO 27001 or customer security review of their cloud estate
Before
- Servers in a cupboard with no recovery plan
- Cloud bills nobody can explain
- Backups that have never been restored
After
- A documented AWS or Azure setup with a clear owner
- A cost model before you move, reviewed monthly
- Recovery runbooks with restore tests on record
Cloud cost optimisation
Cloud bills grow quietly: servers sized for a peak that never came, disks left behind after a migration, snapshots nobody deletes and data transfer nobody planned for. We review your AWS or Azure spend by workload, tag resources to an owner, right-size compute and storage, and set budgets and alerts so a surprise shows up in days, not at the end of the quarter.
Where usage is steady, we compare reserved capacity or savings plans against pay-as-you-go and explain the commitment before you sign. You get a written list of changes with the expected effect of each, and we only apply what you approve.
Linux and VPS administration
Many businesses run their website, a customer portal or an internal tool on one or two Linux servers or a VPS. We harden Ubuntu and Debian servers: SSH keys instead of passwords, a firewall, automatic security updates, least-privilege users and log retention.
We add uptime and disk monitoring, automatic TLS certificate renewal and off-server backups, and document how to restart, restore and patch each service. That works whether the server sits with AWS, Azure or a VPS host such as Hostinger.
Backup and disaster recovery
A backup only counts once it has been restored. We set backup policies for servers, databases and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace data with Acronis or Veeam, keep at least one copy separate from production so ransomware cannot reach it, and agree recovery point and recovery time objectives (RPO and RTO) with you.
Then we test: restore a server or database, record how long it took and what broke, and fix the runbook. You keep a disaster recovery plan and a restore test record you can show an auditor or customer.

- Included
- Agreed deliverables, a named lead, progress updates and handover.
- How it is priced
- Quoted after a scoping call; the price depends on the number of users, sites, applications or controls in scope.

- Included
- Monitoring, changes, reviews and a monthly report within an agreed scope.
- How it is priced
- A monthly fee quoted after a scoping call, based on users, devices and systems covered.
Advisory hours
- When it fits
- Your team does the work and wants expert review or answers.
- Included

Related certifications
All certificationsBoth. We recommend one based on your existing licences, applications and team skills. Many Microsoft 365 customers are better served by Azure; many web workloads fit AWS well.
We migrate in waves, replicate data before cutover, schedule changes outside business hours and keep a tested rollback path until the new environment is signed off.
Yes. When data must stay in India we use Indian regions such as AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) and Azure Central India; otherwise we choose the region closest to your users.
Not automatically. We build a cost model before migration and right-size resources afterwards, so you know the expected monthly spend before you commit.
If you want us to. We offer a managed retainer covering monitoring, patching, backups, restore tests and a monthly cost and security review.
Mainly the number of servers and applications in scope, how many environments you run, data volumes and whether you want us to operate the environment afterwards.
We use named accounts with the least access needed, prefer your own admin tools over shared passwords, move files only through encrypted channels and remove our access at handover. For AWS and Azure we use IAM or Azure role assignments scoped to the accounts or subscriptions in the project, never your root or global admin login. Our full practices are on our Trust page.
Either your team runs it with our runbooks, or we operate it under a support retainer with monitoring, patching, backups and a monthly cost and security review.
