Yes. A managed retainer covers joiners and leavers, licence changes, policy updates and security reviews.

We use named accounts with the least access needed, prefer your own admin tools over shared passwords, move files only through encrypted channels and remove our access at handover. For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace migrations we use a dedicated, MFA-protected migration admin account that is deleted once cutover is signed off. Our full practices are on our Trust page.
We stay on for post-migration support, then either hand over to your team or manage the tenant under a support retainer.
