Who our AI automation service is for
We automate repetitive operational work for growing organisations using AI and API integrations, with logging and human review where it matters. Each workflow is documented, measurable and can be switched off.
- Teams spending hours a week copying data between systems
- Support desks that want tickets classified and routed automatically
- Managers who compile the same reports by hand every week
- Organisations that want to use AI but need controls around data and decisions
Before
- Staff retyping data from emails and PDFs
- Requests waiting in shared inboxes
- AI tools used with no rules
After
- Data captured and routed automatically
- A person approves anything sensitive
- Clear rules for what AI can and cannot do
Copilot readiness for Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Copilot can only see what the signed-in user can already open, which means oversharing becomes visible very quickly. Before licences go out, we review who has access to which SharePoint sites, Teams and OneDrive folders, remove 'everyone' and anonymous links that should not exist, and archive stale content.
Where you hold sensitive data, we set up sensitivity labels and, if your licences include it, data loss prevention policies, then pilot Copilot with a small group and agree usage guidance. The result is a cleaner tenant whether or not you roll Copilot out widely.

All certificationsTasks that are frequent, follow clear rules and use digital data: lead routing, ticket classification, report preparation, data entry between systems and first-draft responses.
Only if the workflow requires it and you approve. We document which data goes where, prefer providers with no-training commitments, and can mask personal data first.
We add confidence thresholds and human review for decisions that matter, log every run and keep the manual process available as a fallback.
The international standard for AI management systems. It covers AI policy, risk assessment, impact assessment and controls. We use it as a framework even when certification is not the goal.
We record the time and error rate of the manual process before building, then compare after the automation has run for a few weeks.
The number of workflows, systems to connect, the volume of items processed and how much review and monitoring you want.
We use named accounts with the least access needed, prefer your own admin tools over shared passwords, move files only through encrypted channels and remove our access at handover. For automations we use API keys or service accounts limited to the records each workflow needs, stored in your own vault or platform settings. Our full practices are on our Trust page.
We monitor accuracy and exceptions, tune prompts and thresholds, and hand over documentation so your team can run it.
